I have a folder full of icons, and an .iconset file... how do i set up windows to use these? I'm sry for the newb question.. its just bugging me.

umm. . . im not too sure what you mean, but you can change the icons of some stuff by going to control panel > display > then going to the effects tab, and working from there. i dont remember how to change the folder icons though. might be a registry tweak.

well.. i have downloaded many pacakages of icons from websites.. and they all incluce a *.iconset file. This file shows what each icon is used for (in some sort of code). I'm trying to figure out where to put this file so that all my icons will be changed automatically.

Well, for starters you'd probably be better off posting in OSes or Software, since that's where this belongs.
