Setting up some forums.

I told my g/f's little brother that I could setup some forums for him on his computer.

Computer Spec's.

AMD (¿Duron?) 700Mhz
VIA MOBO
64MB SDRAM
20GB 5400RPM HDD
10/100 NIC
Cable Connection 700-900KB/sec DOWN / 100KB/sec UP

that's all that you's need ? right... And the OS is Windows 2000 Professional, no SP installed yet. Anyway, I wanna install phpbb as I have done it before and it's very easy to install, What I used before was "FoxServ", it has apache, php and mysql, everything you need to install a forum on your computer. So I installed it on here, apache kept giving me and error, I cant fix it, so what other are there that come pre configure ? like with php, apache and mysql ? thats all i need is another one that comes like that and I can do the rest. thanks guys.
