Severe Texture Problems

Hi,
I'm having problems with my Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 (Kyro II Chip).
There are problems with textures in almost all video games. The textures
get switched around with other game textures. I have updated the drivers
and the problem still plagues me. Is there any thing I can do about it?
