Should I get this 8500LE?

Someone convinced me to get this graphix card. I f*cked up (in the modding process) a Radeon 7000 and I need a new graphix card for my system by this weekend for EverLAN (www.everlan.net) which is the big 300 man LAN in my city....

I was going to get the Radeon 8500LE and my dad told me it either has to be able to be bought locally for cheap or something online for cheap, and since newegg is the only place with that free FedEx Saver Shipping, which I would determine to do tonight so I could even get it by Friday!

But yeh, the one that NewEgg was selling (was an $86.00 8500LE 64MB one...) and I was going to get it, but i think someone bought it and its no longer listed. So the only one they have listed:

Now I want to go ahead and go for this one, mod with ramsinks and my Crystal Orb and all and then o/c it to a good speed, which I had been told is easy and makes the 8500LE really good card for o/cing and whatever... Its also quite cheap. I know its OEM, but thats NOT my worry...

My worry IS the part that says "playback w/tv cable only"... Does anyone know if this is just saying the thing with the previous 8500LE that meant the DVI to AG* (something ) was not working but the obvious normal monitor outputs, etc. DO work? I want to make sure I am actually buying something that works and whatever... hahahaha please lemme know, thanx!!

BTW -- I AM going for the 64MB Radeon 8500LE, NOT the 128MB one they have listed as well...

I think this card is one of the better deals out there. It should play everything just fine.

And also, is 250/230 REALLY low for a 8500LE OEM? I know it is, but I am sure its still quite fast and with ample cooling I can bump it right? Thanx for your help!

250/230 is lower than a retail built by ATI LE card they come 250/250 and will do 300/300 using powerstrip, look for Sapphire or Powercolour I believe they come at 250/250

230 mem should be able to do 300 or at least 275 just depends what the ns rating of the ddr is
