What worked me for me in the end is frame limit 60 FPS with ray-tracing switched on it's ok...This is the first time I have seen ray-tracing really making the game. Without ray-tracing the interiors are too dark to see around...
 
I enabled hardware ray tracing 1080P get about 50-65fps but get horrible stutters...Hardware Ray tracing allows you to see when you're inside the buildings but is otherwise too dark...
So does adjusting brightness/gamma, lol. Without the performance hit. :p :rofl:
