The seasonic; the other two aren't even in the running. You can check silentpcreview.com for extensive reviews.

Seasonic S12 Energy plus: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article656-page1.html

Silverstone Strider: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article294-page1.html

Depending on how your case airflow works, I'd also look into an Antec NeoHE.
You probably don't want the silverstone zeus 560 unless you're prepared to fanmod. That thing is a repackaged server PSU, and quietness is not on the list of priorities.

Personally, I would get the SS Zeus and fanmod it.

The quietest power supply will be seasonic power supplies S12 series and M12 series. M12 are modular. Also Corsair power modular supplies should be quiet since they are like seasonic.

Im absolutely tired of hearing this loud PC P&C 510 SLI PSU. Its annoying as hell.
Yep I was too... so I got the PCP&C 750W silencer and could not be happier. I can't say how it compares to the Seasonic in terms of quietness, but I can tell you it is WORLDS quieter than the 510SLI.

The PCPC is a Seasonic. ;)

I would take it over the others simply because of its single +12v rail configuration.
