So... What do you think of the review done? It scored 0.14 C/W versus a C/W of 0.13 for the RBX... If it used a worse pump doesn't that place them in pretty much the same category?

lower C/W is better
they're both pretty good blocks. RBX is great for the price. don't know about the cyclone

I know that lower C/W is better. Why does everyone tell me that? My question was: If they both used the same pump, wouldn't they both perform about the same (The RBX test was done with a more powerful pump than he usually uses)

Well JoeC restricts the flow to 1GPM in each case if that counts...
