My problems is different from most of the USB posts. My USB device are detect and works..to an extent. Actually I'm only use an USB Explorer mouse. It detects fine and works but there's a stutter every now and then. It'll move and then stop and after a few secs I can use it again, the light on the Device is on the whole time, and system is not frozen can I can still work with my keyboard. I've DLed them 4in1 4.29 Final Drivers.. and the USB Filter.. and nothing seems to affect it. I've tried removing all peripherals and numerous BIOS settings.. nothign seem to do anything. All this is done with clean WinME installations after a reformat. It;s works fine when I'm using the PS/2 convertor... I know there's alot of post about the board not being able to detect USB device but mines detects fine.. just the stutter is very annoying.. cant play Runes.. =\ It's not a power supply problem because I've even removed all unnecessary harddrives, fan, sound card..NICs and stuff. Maybe someone can post a way around it.

Try dropping your hardware acceleration one notch. This will only affect the mouse. If you have not already done so, check for duplicate mouse drivers too.
