slot cooler to cool vid card

I was wondering if these do any good. I have very little airflow in my case right now due to watercooling and having no case fans. Does mounting a slot cooler over the pci slot next to the vid card help with oc? (I know this might go better in cooling- but since it pertains directly to my vid card i decided to put it here)

my case intake fans point right at my video card. I also have a blower taking up the PCI slot right next to the AGP slot. the blower is about .05" from the GPU cooler. The blower made a noticable differnece in the ambient temp on the GPU heatsink. About 10 degrees F.

I have always used a slot cooler for three reasons

• They work well
• They are quiet
• I have my exhaust air blowing onto my Klipsch Subwoofer's facplate which gets hot, but stays cool with the air blowing on it
