The 40mm fans in the Amazon link probably can't be controlled at all. They are 5 volt fans instead of 12 volt. Can their speed be controlled by the MB or software?
That looks amazing!!!!Then don't waste money on any fans.
The case has a 420mm bar with 3 fans on the side. Install an AIO cooler on the top, and it's more than enough.
Here is DeepCool Morpheus, which is the same case but without glass in front. This build doesn't need any additional fans to maintain good airflow. I'm using it now for graphics card reviews.

I guess you are right.I'm going to chime in to agree with much of what has already been said. 40mm fans will be loud and might drive you nuts. If you slow them down so that they are not loud, then the cfm will be low. Perhaps too low to make a difference. Growing up in this industry when we had 80mm fans, ... ... it sucked. They were loud. They had to be loud to push enough air. Then the 120mm fans became a thing and the 140mm also seem to be a good standard now. They can push large amounts of air at lower speeds thus lower noise. The smaller you go, the less effective they are for the area as large as an entire computer case. If you had the fan directly on a heatsink, it'd be a different circumstance.
I agree that putting fans that small into any case would be a waste of money.
