SMC Barricade SMC7004ABR Router

Anybody have one? Trying to use the firewall but the website doesn't explain it enough for me. Must be below their level of inteligence . Thnx

i have an SMC Barricade 4 port router, im not sure the exact part #'s but i think it is the same as urs. im not real sure what ur question is though?

How do you setup the firewall that came with the router? Thnx

They give you an IP # to go to and it is an internal IP address. It will give you all the setup options. I left mine at default...and installed a software firewall to make sure the router was doing its job...which it was! Also, I have 4 computers on one IP...no extra money a month for extra IPs!

I have 2 software firewalls as well, ZA 3Pro and Norton, as well as 2 comps connected. Thnx
