Well, the game was released today, and was wondering if anyone here had gotten it yet, for any console or the pc.

I am going to rent it from Blockbuster first to try on the ps2 b/c I've heard the controls are a bit confusing on teh pc. However I'm not sure about teh graphics on the ps2........jaggies.........shudder..........

OMG, i can't spell, keep typing "teh" instead of "the"

man i think the game looks pretty crappy...

characters look like something outta alone in the dark 1 with their solid block hands and such....

i was disapointed and not willing to spend the coin unless i hear crazy raves via word of mouth

I just bought it at frys for the XBOX. I have yet to open it. I won't see the movie untill 11:30 tonight, so untill I see the moive to game will not be played. I have heard a lot of negaqtie things so far, but there havn't been many reviews of the game since E3 has everyone's attention.

i have a friend who played it....he's a die-hard GCer and he's a die-hard movie person...he hates reloaded with a passion, lol.....

anyhow, he says the game is pretty good.....he did think that the graphics sucked. essentially, it's an average game....nothing mind blowing, just good fun for a while....

Enter the Matrix for the PC can keep up with anygame out there right now. The graphics are really good and the character models are excellent. Im not sure about the console versions though : / they looked pretty ****ty....

i was at my local ebgames to buy the pc version of vice city and I saw a big ole display of Enter the Matrix, and I was like "hmm maybe should I get this instead." Thank god I didn't playing vice city right now and its an excellent port.

NEVER I repeat NEVER buy games made out of a movie!

Anyone ever played a good one of these cash-in games?

yeah the bond games are all pretty good goldeneye was one of the best n64 games made.

I got the Game yesterday and Love it. But it looks like time to upgrade my graphic card:( .
The game is better than alot of the cr@p i see around, but it is not the best game i have had the pleaser of playing. I have only played about an Hour or so into the game, but will be giving it all my free time on the weekend:D

I give it an 8/10.

Not Mind Blowing but it looks like a really good game.

I should get it tonight or tomorrow. :D

Does anyone have any opinions on gameplay, controls, story, etc? Seems everyone is overly concerned with graphics, which do not make or break a game!

I am pleased with the game, and gameplay. I enjoy the whole fighting aspect of it, but i think theres too little of it...because once you start getting to the harder levels everything is gun related or ur dead. BUT i have not finished the game soooo im sure there is more room for kung foo :) Story is the excellent and im still unraveling whats happening with ghost and naiobi. The video sequences directly tie into the movie which is cool. Enough talk i got to go play it :D

EDIT: Oh yeah controls are good and are like any other 3rd person game. The kung foo/ wall climbing and stuff is pretty easy and i think they layed them out well.

Finally something positive out of the game!!!

Over in the IGN Boards, all they talk about is how this sucks.....that sucks.....and other stuff about the game. All they care about there is graphics.

I played the XBOX version for most the day. At first I felt the game was really really bad, but now it seems to be growing on me. My main gripe is controls. I am used to a HALO or splinter cell set up, and compared those the controls are horrible. The biggest problem, is that you can't look around. So for you PC people that means play a 3rd person shooter without the mouse. Thats what its like, there is an option to lookaround but you are not allowed to walk during it. The graphics seem similar to a PS2 game than an XBOX kinda blocky and in need of AA. After you get past the controls, the game is pretty fun, and its nice to see the otherside of the story line. I would definatly rent it, but I would not buy it for $50 if I was you.
