So where do I get That sort of sand paper? At any Hardware Store? Or Craft Store? Hobby Store? And I can't get the last little bit of that sticky thermal paste so can I just take some Sandpaper to it? Thanks

Rubbing alcohol, or even a fresh dab of thermal paste often work well to remove olde thermal paste, or the pesky gum of the remainder of thermal pads. Sandpaper isn't the best way to do it.

Auto-body wet and dry sandpaper is often a rip-off at auto specialty stores. Home Depot, Lowe's or other home-improvement stores may be a better source.

I agree about the prices, but Home Depot doesn't usually have the really fine grits of wet/dry. Pep Boys or Auto Zone aren't too bad on prices.
