So, who's getting a 5XXX series card?

Only just saw the edit. So in short, in CP2077 and AW2, the 5070 at 4x MFG doesn't quite catch up to the frame rate of 4090 at 2x FG. Also the latency is worse. At least, not in the settings used by DF (4k, RT).

I estimate that it will beat the 5070 in both raster and RT for nominally the same cost. Question as always remains, what are Nvidia specific features worth?
We need an eggplant emoji....

... that is all.

I went to my first choice supplier to see what 5070 availability and pricing was like at release. I didn't obsessively refresh so there is a chance I missed out on seeing some go in and out of stock.

UK MSRP is £539. There's several now listed at that price, with a "notify when available" button. I never saw them offered for sale.
Cheapest one listed for pre-order is at £540. It was at £600 for some time but looks like they're still updating the site.
Cheapest one I saw actually in stock was at £650. That's now gone.
Now over 25 minutes after release there's still one in stock, but it is £710.

I will also add, this seller seemed to be updating each model gradually, not turning them all on at the same time.

BestBuy sold their entire stock of RTX 5070 in less than 10 minutes. I only saw 1 Add to Cart out of all the listed models.

My local Microcenter had 54 cards in stock just before 9:00am (per their website). Safe to say they are all gone now too.

There's still over 40 available at our MC... $599.99 to $749.99

EDIT - ~1.5 hours later, there are 30 left (Asus TUF @ $749.99).

I see that Newegg seems to have 5070's in stock. They seem to be $200 over MSRP. Maybe that's why they are still in stock?

Maybe.

Confirmed ED's findings few minutes ago. MC has some in stock, but only TUFs going for the MSRP of a Ti.
At least at MC, the cheaper ones sold out first, leaving the more expensive (cough ripoff cough) SKUs left. :(

Apparently some AIB prices increased again today, msi specifically. By a couple hundred across the board.

I thought someone said that by now Id be tired of winning so much

Looking for a fireproof suit so I can be ready when the 5090's come back. This one on amazon for 158 bucks looks pretty nice but if there's a better one for the $ let me know. It says it handles 1000 degrees.
