Help me pick out the right board for my Athlon 64 3200+... Which one is the best 754 mobo right now?

ABIT KV8 Pro (VIA K8T800 Pro)
EPoX 8KDA3+ (nForce 250 GB)
MSI K8N Neo Platinum (nForce 250 GB)
ASUS K8N-E Deluxe (nForce 250 GB)
ASRock K8S8X (SIS 755/964)

From what I hear the Epox is the best, thats what I am gonna buy next week.

Tuff answer, you will get various answers too. The Asus K8N-E just came out yesterday I believe so no one can give their review for it yet. I'd go for either the Asus or the Epox. Take a chance man, you can always return it if it doesn't fit your needs.

Ok, hows about a quick rundown of some popular boards

Abit KV8 Pro- newer ones are AGP/PCI locked, great overclockablity, great performance, no mobile support

Asus K8N-E Deluxe-very promising board, wait until some reviews come out

Chaintech VNF3-250- all AGP/PCI locked, great overclockablity, no out-of-the-box mobile support, lacks 250GB chipset, inexpensive, a great value

Epox 8KDA3 J/+ - all AGP/PCI locked, great overclockablity, no mobile support

Gigabyte K8NS Pro- all AGP/PCI locked, great overclockablity, mobile support, only downside is lack of 250GB chipset

MSI K8N Neo Platinum- all AGP/PCI locked, great overclockablity, mobile support, only problem is very severe quality control problems, avoid ATM

Gaut, unless you tested it I'm 90% sure the K8NS-Pro (nf3 250) Giga is a no-go with the mobiles...

Hey cool post Gautam.. I didnt know the Asus was just released! theyre my favourite board makers .. Im gonna wait until the reviews surface before I take a board..
Right now it all comes down to either the Abit KV8 Pro or the Epox 8KDA3 J/+ since I've seen both acheive good overclocks..
