Softmodding my 9800pro

I was going to softmod my vc to a xt but I couldn't find a powercolor bios, all I found were for samsung memory and I need one for the hynix, where can I find it?

I did check, it was the first place I looked. The thing is that all powercolor 9800XT bios are for samsung memory and I need one for hynix memory. Is there another place where I can find some more bioses?
