I'm getting a new mobo soon, upgrading from a pos celeron 400 to a duron, and was wondering what people have to say about the Soltek SL-75KAV?
The best part about it is that it costs AUS$65 less than that ABIT KT7 (No raid).

Cheers,

I make machines up for people as a business on the side, and thought Id see what these Soltek mobos do. As for whether the board is any good, it seemed fine, but using one for a couple of weeks can be a different story. But first impressions were 8/10.
A tip for you if you get it, when you unlock your CPU, there is an unlabled jumper by the multiplier dipswitches which has to be changes to enable multiplier multiplier adjustments.

PS- one or two other readers have written in on these forums and have said they liked the board, and I have read some good reviews on them as well. So I say go for it, the price/performance is definately good.
