That's ridiculous. My memory OCed to as far as my mobo will take it, only scores about 3400 mb/s on sisoft sandra memory benchmark.

Wonder what that new DDR II stuff will do in the hands of an OCer.
 
Hmm, it seems low. I know Kyle at [H] O/C'd the board to 188mhz and got something around 4700MB/s of bandwidth in Sisoft sandra mem. Remember this is probably alpha silicon with alpha drivers. I wouldnt be surprised to see final mem benches around 3500/3600 or so for 266, or maybe 4000 at ddr333.

That review was from back in July, so yeah, it was using the same early hardware and software that Kyle was with his original P4G8X teaser. I wouldn't pay much attention to the numbers.
 
which will be better, rambus or dual channel ddr ? which will overclock BETTER ?

Dual DDR, hands down.. I would say only "IF" someone comeup with some stable boards for 32bit PC4200's, then I would change that statement to RDRAM :(
