I have:

AQXEA 0331 TPAW 2500
Mushkin Black Level 2 PC3200 256x2 kit
Abit NF7-S v2
Gainward GeForce4 Ti4800SE Gold Sample
Maxtor 80GB 7200 SATA drive
52x24x52x16 CD-RW/DVD combo
Generic floppy
3x80mm LED case fans
Volcano 12

The PSU is a Powmax 400w that came with my case. I have a Fortron 350w 120mm fan coming this week.

I tried to run at 9*200 and it won't run windows. I tried at 3200 settings, and it won't POST. Basically anything but 11*166(2500 settings) won't run properly.

My -12v is at -13.10

Is that causing the problem?

I read about the craptasticness of Powmax alittle too late.

I tried a higher Vcore, and VDim and no go. Ram is suposed to run stable at 2-2-2-5, but I've tried it at 6 and 7 and 11 too.

I don't plan on o/c'ing until a week or so burn in, but I want to know if I can. I'm going to try again after my Fortron gets here. I should be OK running with the Kapowmax till then, right?

NM- My Fortron 350 came, and its purring like a baby.

3200+,stock volts. 2-2-2-5

12hour Prime95(the cpu,and some ram test) temp 47.

Running now at 10*200. 2-2-2-5 stock volts. Temp was staying around 42-43 with SWG at full details for hours and hours(about 8-9)

*edit* nm, in my experience, babies don't really purr.
