I have a biblical example of "file sharing" That Jesus Himself did when he fed the whole multitude off of the few fish and couple of loaves of bread the little boy had. LOL! The boy gave it to Jesus and Jesus "shared" it amongst the whole crowd. The croud didn't pay for it and niether did Jesus. LOL! Did the original shop keeper who sold the fish and bread to the boy have the right to insist that the crowd pay for the bread and fish? After all, he sold the boy enough for one person and the whole multitude ate his bread and fish that he made, his resipe, his bread. God just made a way to recycle or multiply the fish and bread so that it could be shared by the whole multitude and never run out. That's no different than someone who has a file on their comp and they agree to share that file with others.

If you really want to be Christian about this one, here's what you have to do.
If downloading this music is going to cause your neighbor (lets say RIAA Junior) to take aggressive physical action, don't do it.
If you're going to claim that it's ok to "steal" (I don't care if it's stealing or not, but if it's something you can live without, don't do it, especially if it's something your neighbors would go so far to enforce) in the name of Jesus, think otherwise.
Here’s another Christian way to look at this one. If God said nothing about this (whether it’s right or wrong), and if your government is telling you not to do it, don’t do it!
Remember, as a Christian you must be like Jesus as best you can.
I advise you not to ask for my personal opinion because I’m a very sinful person who needs to repent. Just please, don’t say this is “justifiable” in the name of Jesus.
