Somethings wierd with my 9800p

I think I narrowed my slow framerate problem to this bug in my 9800p. Everytime I run 3dmark, it runs with with full AA and probably full AF! I get about 3,300 in 3dmark03 lol. Anyways, im guessing it does this in games to b/c my framerates in UT2k4 are CRAP. Any suggestions? Im using the cat 4.6 now..

lol YES i disabled it in the control panel, and NO its not b/c of my p4!! I DLed the 4.7's and everything seems to be good. I got 7,205 in 3dmark03 w00t
