Somthing died A7V133 or CPU?

The board makes one long beep and then shuts back down. This is with only vid card, ram, cpu. Ram and vid have been switched with others and re-seated. I have 2 CPU, but im not sure if either of them work, as this is my only amd board. Does anyone know if this is the mobo or CPU before I buy a new one? Thank you

Check if the ram is seated. I'm getting this from my Asus manual, here I'll post what the Award BIOS Beep Codes mean:

One short beep when displaying logo: No error during post

Long beeps in an endless loop: No DRam is installed

One long beep followed by three short beeps: Video card not found, or video card memory bad

High frequency beeps when system is working: CPU overheated.

i checked the manual and nothing seemed to match up, is there a site with other award stuff.

Four words: Fan Check On Boot. Plug a fan into the CPU_FAN header on the mobo and fire it up. I bet it'll boot.

Thanks oni, I didnt think it was that cause I disabled it prior to installing, but then I forgot I cleared the CMOS. A little more work and shell be back up and fraggin.
