Sonic Edege 5.1?

I just got back from best buy and was wondering if anyone any "beef" with the Philips Sonic Edege sound card? I hear that it is suposed to be a good card for $30 and has 5.1 surround sound capablity. Dose anyone know of any place other than newegg or directon to get the card for cheeper than $30?
