What sound track do you use to 'benchmark' and compare the quality between software/hardware changes?

Jimi Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner works for me.

i just use something i'm very familiar with so i know exactly what to listen for. its different songs all the time. i don't really have a 1 fav song i use all the time.

Well I tend to use the lord of the rings the two towers soundtrack to test separation soundstage and fidelity, foo fighters and our lady peace to test midranges and response times, and the crystal method to test low frequencies midranges and response times. I also use various dvd's to test certain aspects of my sound aswell.
