Soyo Raptor - any good?

Is this power supply any good? And when the Antec True Control and this PSU talk about adjusting the voltages, does that mean you can physically change the voltage supplied on each rail? Like...if my 12v rail is at 11.6, can I adjust the voltage and bring it back up?

Soyo PSUs are made by Key Mouse , the company behind MaxPower and EverPower, and my 300W MaxPower with 80mm fan had no EMI line filter, contrary to Key Mouse's claim. But it did seem capable of putting out its full rated total power, combined power, and amps, at least for ten minutes (limit of my test).

from the looks of it, its only 400w...not that great..if u are wiklling to spend a whopping 72 bucks on a psu, u might as well buy the fortron 530w from newegg or somewhere else, its a better deal for ur money
