Does anyone have any guesses as to when it will be availible in the US? Im havng a hard time finding even an estimate and I am without a mobo right now so I need to buy something soon hehe. If its coming out withen the weak then I can wait but I dont know how long I can live off this celeron =)

Nobody knows? I read a review of one already so it must be done. No info on asus site... need a mobo real soon so if anyone has even a educated guess like it usually takes only a few weeks after a board is released in japan to hit the states or its usually a few months and don't bother waiting. I need a mobo no longer then about 2 weeks...

It's shipping to retailers now according to Asus' site. That means it should be showing up on pricewatch soon.

Oh, take a look at this bad boy of a mobo.

On sale here.

That thing just gets me all hot and bothered. Ok, not really, but it is nice.

Thanks for the update! Looks like I will decide to wait then. I dont have any DDR ram yet anyways so no point in me geting a ddr only mobo with no ddr ram! Then again I could always borrow some from a friend but still. I read a review on the a7v266 and one of the main sellers is the 3rd ddr ram slot. This is pretty important to me becuase I want 768megs... Many people say o thats to much but they obviously havent played wwII online with 20 plane dog fights, 100 tanks below and even more infantry. This game eats ram like my 70' cougar sucks gas...
