3D Marks thats what i use along with hours of Gaming

some use Prime 95

run borth prime 95 and 3dmark 2001
if your system survive for 10h + so you are stable

 

[PowerK]

Run 3DMark2001 while running Prime95 in background. Let it run overnight.
