I have jumped up to 46c (with pelt) from 33c.(w/out pelt) Ouch!! I have a chevette heater core with a 120mm Sunnon on it. Cooling a [email protected] (TC-4 block) and a 9800Pro (MCW50-T on it) Do you think any other core would cool me better? I know 46c is nothing to worry about, but it is just a little much. I do know the pelt is kicking me up a bit.

Ummm something seems wrong. You're saying you were running at 33C without the pelt, and now you're at 46C with teh pelt?

I'd check your pelt before you start looking for alternate cooling solutions
