Starting a new build....again

Hi Guys,

My last build was a Dual core Opteron (back when they were awesome), and I'm going to start a new build this week.

I already have:
AMD 955
Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P board
ATi 4850 vid card
2x DL DVD-RW
reusing my case, and 650w power supply

I need any recommendations for cooling(CPU, vid card and chipset) and RAM.

Any input would be appreciated. The rig will mostly be for storage, audio encoding and gaming(WoW, CS:S, Half-Life ect.).

What's your budget?

Also, why do you need 2 DVDRW's?

Do you want to overclock the cpu and/or gpu?

Under $300 for the parts I need

I already have them, so why not use them?

I will do SOME OC, but only air cooled.
