Well, My HDD contains Win98, 2000, XP and Linux mandrake 8.2. Although, linux partition has been deleted, and FDISK /MBR has typed but the windows OSs still cant be booted? Besides that, the XP boot loader is not shown...! How do i make my Windows alive?

If you boot from your XP CD, you should have an option to enter a recovery console. From their, you can reinstall the WinXP bootloader. I'm not sure of the exact command, but I think its 'fixmbr'.
