Still searching for help - Anyone who owns MSI i815e "Lite" version mobo (3 dimm slts) no

I am struggling getting my PIII700 overclocked on the MSI i815e Lite mobo. This board is a scaled down version of the i815E Pro (3 dimm slots instaed of 4 , no Dled , or certain pins that the Pro has)

The "Fuzzy Logic 3" software prog that came with the install disc allows me to overclock but if I try manually even after setting the SW1 jumpers to the correct overclocking positions as the manual says I can not get monitor to power up even at max volts that the board allows of 1.9v !!!!

I set my fsb to 125 (cause this chip ran this buss on my BE6-II before it died) tried volts from default all the way to 1.9 vio core to 3.5 for my Geforce DDR Deluxe. Using a Global Win FOP 32 heatsink, 250 w Power supply and 1-256 MB PC133 Infenion ram and 1 -128 MB PC133 Infenion ram,Maxtor ata66 27 gig drive, retail PIII700 (sl45Y) fcpga chip.

Frustrated and stuck, I have downloaded the latest bios of 3.10 for mobo but can not seem to find much on this scaled down i815e mobo. System will run anywhere between 800-850 using the auto overclock software but it does not allow you to save the settings so system reverts back to default of 700 when you reboot.

All helpo welcomed been struggling with this for 2 long and getting pissed off, **** should I go back to a BX board by Abit??? Like the BX133 raid??? But I heard good things about the MSI all reviews were good and overclocking experience was good to.
