stock hsf mod

Ok I dont have any money. So I was looking at my 9850's stock cooler. I was wondering how much improvment i would see if I rigged a 80mm to the top and remove the stock fan. I have no idea the cfm but I did the blow in my face test and it is more powerfull than the stock one Or am I better off running some ducting to the cpu.

Try the ducting and see how the temps improve. If not, then try the switching of fans.

could find any materials to make an effective/athstetic enough duct. So I put on a fan. Dropped load temps by 10C! The new ac5 hasent even cured yet. Cool.
