stuck oc a ati 7500 help

it old card it stock setting r 250mhz core and 200 memory im stuck at 390 core and 300 and memory at those setting it has some artifacts maybe volt mod ? help

that sounds like a good oc. and btw why havent ypu gpt a better video card?
