A gromac is a work unit that can be processed faster than the Tinker WU's with respect to the amount the WU is worth. They increase the points per week, if you want to get gromacs like most of us do add the -advmethods flag and you're client will get them when they are availiable :attn:

Just to clarify Chris' statement a bit, gromacs take advantage of SSE or 3DNow support in your CPU to speed up the computations. That P4 of yours should definately be folding gromacs.

You can create a shortcut to your FAH3Console.exe and add the flags there. the target should look like this:
"C:\Program Files\[email protected]\FAH3Console.exe" -advmethods
you may have your files somewhere else different from that.
If you are running the service install, check out the how to borg sticky for information on adding the registry flags.

There's 100 point tinkers too.

Look in your FAH folder and if you see a 65_core then that a tinker core. If you open the FAH log in the folder, it'll tell you what you're currently running.
