Stupid Question : How to apply HSF on P4

Hmm im currently using Tuulatin n want to change to P4 2.0 ghz system...i know they were using two clip so just wonder anyone here know any guide or site teach me that..

or anything i need to lookup .. n pls i dont want to mess with the chip
