1.-I know I can change the AGP bus speed with a jumper in this mobo, but can I do the same with the PCI bus?

2.-Do I need to cool the 440BX Chipset to overclock this mobo?

no such thing as a stupid question :)

as far as coolign the bx chip goes, you'll prolly want to lap the stock heatsink on it and be sure to use some thermal grease when ya put it on, i wouldnt use arctic silver for that, if you have a blsiter pack of the white stuff lyin around that will work fine here's a link to the manual if you dont have it to look at. i couldnt find the setting in there as it's a tad lengthy and i'm kinda sorta occupied at the moment, but that should be yer best bet to find out if you can adjust the pci multiplier
