Submerging the motherboard

I am building a freon cooled system for my computer and i don't want to go through the trouble of localizing the chip so i don't get frost or condensation on my motherboard. i figured that submurging it would be the easyest choice so i am asking about what would be the best substance i can submerge my board in.

I believe "Flourinert" is the common substance for these applications, but I don't where to obtain it.
