Recently the 5V in my dual as dropped very badly. It is an Antec Truepower 550W which reads 4.55V with MBM and 4.66V when measured at the molex on the back of the PSU. The system has been stable, but this still worries me. Here is what it is powering:

MSI K7D Master
2x Barton @ 2100Mhz
ATI AIW 9000 Pro
1GB RegECC
Maxt 80GB 8MB
WD 160GB 8MB
PCI IDE Card
7x 80MM fans

Other voltages are:
3.28V
11.89V

It will be 1 year old on the 25th of this month. Also, if anyone knows, is there an internal POT, and should I mess with it? Thanks in advance.

Well considering the equipment you are running, dips in that rail aren't uncommon. Dust that thing out, fire it up again and test. If it is still running low, adjust the voltage a little with the internal POT.

How do you adjust it, is there a link? I have the same problem, but mine is brand new here is what i have
MSI k7d master
2x 2.4ghz @1.8v
1gb non ecc
wd 120
2 cpufans
pci lan
9800
dvd rom

I would like to know how to adjust the internal POT
my 12v rail is pretty low too like 11.66
