Summer ruined my watercooling fun :(

Well, the temperature here in New Jersey (ugh...) is getting warm now that spring has started. After overclocking my Duron to 1gig I thought all would be well till summer struck!

Before my load temps were 33*C, and now they went all the way up to 37*C!!! I know the insocket probe is not accurate, but it does indeed feel warmer here, and it was stable before the sudden temperature increase.

All I can think of is fridge or peltier cooling, but I don't want to have to worry about condensation. What are my options?

If you're using passive cooling (air or water) you'll always be maintaining a ratio with room air.

You basically have three choices that fit within your restrictions:
1) Add enough active cooling (pelt or fridge) to lower the temp, but not below ambient.
2) Chill the whole room with a powerful air conditioner.
3) Upgrade your cooling apparatus to something that surpasses what you currently use. Assuming water cooling, this would basically mean a bigger radiator and more/bigger fans.

A combination of #2 and #3 would probably be the easiest. If you have a small room, you'll have to do #2 in summer to just sit next to the darn thing.
