i was just looking at the thermal compound that was supplyed with the 462 and there is some kind of grit in it , i just sent this email to swiftech to see if they know any thing

I just bought the 462 heat sink and with it was a little tube of thermal paste this paste appears to have some type of grit or sand in it (fortunately I use ultra silver) this im sure would reek havoc on a cpu and the hsf the tube was marked as follow`s
