I install my MC 462-A today just a note for anyone with a Asus P4T mob That is using the ATX adaptor plate you don't need to remove the mob. the HS stand-off's Screw right into the adapter plate. I fond this out after I pulled the mob.
I was a little disappointed with the results in the cooling. At first! my temp at idle I was running 34c after the I installed the swiftech it only dropped to 32c.
BUT under full load the temp would run as high as 48c/52c. Now after running under full load for about one hour my p4 1.5 stays a cool 38c time to turn it up. If I wouldn't have pulled the mob it would have taken 15 minutes to install. AND YES IT IS A BIG SUCKER!!!
