What kind of motherboards will the t-breds require? What if any boards that are out now should i get? What kind of ddr will this chip be running? Just curious I'm trying to plan ahead! Thanks for any feedback.

Well they will be compatible with the recent Socket A Boards. I heard the KT400 chipset isn't far from launching, and the ram support will be there, so it's best to wait. Not only for the chipset and stuff but for the steppings of the chip to progress, the early steppings never overclock too great. Although IMHO the best recent board is the Epox 8K3A+, like a previous Epox 8KHA+ run just that it has the new KT333 chipset and more options.

Wait till the KT400 chipset comes out - then get some DDR400 RAM and a Tbred CPU.

That's cool...

But I bet the new DDR and the new chipset will be extremely expensive.

I plan to just go for an Abit Kr7a. I can live with the performance hit, but then, I'm aiming for $800 or less (hoping that damn GF4 price comes down by June :)
