TB vs xp's

I was wondering i have a 1800+ oced to 1739mhz or 2100+.What if i got a TB 1.4 and lets say i could get it to 1739mhz what would be faster the TB ot the Xp

the xp. its bulit differnt, plus it has SSE support

The XP because of software enhancements including sse instructions plus you should be able to overclock the XP higher because it runs cooler. just my $.02

What would be faster at the same MHz speed say the final XP 2200+ @ 1800MHz with the Palomino core Versus the first Thuroughbred 1800MHz core CPU both at stock speeds?

the throughbread...it has .13 micron core, which is fater and suppsed to run cooler
