Hi

Got a 850TBird running at 1Ghz by upping the multiplier. Just wondering what sort of temps I should be looking at. Last week was really hot and I working in 3D, (Maya) and temp got to about 51 degrees.

Got a Delta fan on Global Win cooler

Cheers

At what core voltage? What is your PC Room temp? What is the temp inside your case?

Given those conditions, your Globalwin with Delta fan are performing right on the money. If you want to lower the cpu temp, consider a "beefier" HSF. Otherwise, you are not in kind of temperture danger. Do keep an eye on the temp all the same.
