Can anyone point me into the dircection of a kit or diagram on how to build a simple PCB board temperature mointor that sound a piezzio buzzer when it exceeds a certian amount.

All you need is thermocouple fed into a pre-amp and then a comparator who o/p if fed into the base of a transistor which drives the piezzio buzzer. The temperature can be set by varying the reference voltage fed into the comparaitor.
