Temperature on IT7 Max2??? please read!!

I just bought an intel p4 2.4B and the it7 max2, im using the stock intel cooler, im getting cpu temperatures of 48C in idle, is this normal??

probley. ive got a swiftech and @2.9 i ideal at 39-42 with a p4 2.4b
