Tempered Glass Window Mod

Has anyone ever used a piece of tempered glass like
on coffee tables to make a window mod? It would
be heavier and would need to be cut and polished
by a glass place, but....It would be much more scratch
resistant than plexiglass or other plastic.

What do you think?

Its an idea, but I dont think it would be worth the trouble. Plexiglass windows only cost a few dollars and if you got a bad scratch you could just replace it.

If you want to do it for the braggin' rights or just to please youself, GO FOR IT!
