I cant for the life of me figure out why my damn machine wont start the terminal services server on boot. I've removed and re-loaded Terminal Services but it isnt starting. Anyone have a clue if I'm doing something wrong? Its a fresh load of Win2k Server and I have all the latest packs etc. I'm trying to use it in remote admin mode. Or maybe a workaround to get it running?

There is a setting in the services control panel that lets you do that.

Start-->Programs-->Administrative tools-->Services

Right click and set the startup on automatic

Hope that helps.

It doesnt even show under services :(

Then you don't have it installed. If it isn't showing up as a service then it's not installed. Try going through the server install again and make sure terminal services is being installed.
