How fast is your connection? I am wondering how fast people's connections are. List your service provider, type of connection, and results. If you know of better sites to test speed, then please list the links.

I checked my speed here in the Northeast with Verizon DSL. I don't know how accurate these place are, or how good this is. This is as of 1 minute ago.

Storage 88.5, 1 MB File Download 11.6 seconds.

Missed the "Internet, networking & Security" section did ya ?

anyway that last test seems to be a tad off lol, its showing 12328kbps on mine im only supposed to get in the 8k area.
 
DDR-PIII, I thought this section was as good as any, but if the Mods want to move the thread, I have no say about it, *lol*.

I download more than I upload, so I am fine with my connection. Still, some of you guys are getting great speeds there.

WORK PC- 3868 .... is this as fast as it goes... I could not get higher and I know it is faster than that... must be a bad server in the betweeners :D
