help! been trying to install bios #38 in a-bit th72 mobo non raid. flash memory writer says make sure lockout jumpers are correct,at bottom of flash writer box says warning program chip fail.can anyone help did i trash mobo

I don't have any direct experience with this board. The manual isn't available for download right now, I tried. Do you have the manual? I know some boards have a jumper you have to change before you can flash the BIOS. I don't think you've hurt anything, no harm done when it refuses to flash. A partial flash is a different matter entirely.
